In 2021 we were renovating our own kitchen and ran into the same wall every serious home cook eventually hits: the appliances worth owning were sold through a showroom with a hefty mark-up, or they were budget units that rusted through after one wet British summer on the patio. We spent three weekends comparing spec sheets across every retailer within fifty miles and kept finding the exact same models, just wearing a different price tag. There was nothing built for people who actually cook, priced sensibly.

So we started buying directly from the same manufacturers that supply the big retailers, cutting out the showroom overhead and passing the saving straight onto the price tag. Every oven, hob and grill that leaves our warehouse is unboxed and test-fired first, not simply wrapped and shipped, and every unit is registered under the full manufacturer warranty in your name from day one, not ours.

We still test every burner and element ourselves before it goes out, because a five-minute check on our end saves a frustrating first cook on yours. That part of the job hasn't changed since the first oven we shipped, and it isn't going to.
