1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Isla home V online store ("we", "us", "our") by consumers and businesses, regardless of the device or channel used to place the order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. The ordering process works as follows:

  1. You add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
  2. Before completing your order, you can review and, if necessary, correct your selection, delivery details, and payment information.
  3. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
  4. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer.
  5. A contract is concluded only when we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by dispatching the goods to you.

4. Prices and currency

All prices shown on our website are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT and other price components applicable at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order, so that you can review the full cost before placing it.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. We accept the following payment methods, which are presented to you during checkout:

The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your delivery address and the value of your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and Spain. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of contract conclusion, and delivery to the address you provide generally takes a further 2-4 business days from dispatch. Any estimated delivery date or time window shown to you at checkout takes precedence for your specific order.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

As a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. In addition, and independently of that statutory right, we offer our own return policy on the following terms:

  • Return window: you may request a return within 30 days.
  • Return shipping costs: these are covered by us.
  • Refunds: once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • Exchanges: where available, we offer an exchange as an alternative to a refund.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods purchased from us. In addition, our products are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, during which we will address defects in accordance with the applicable statutory conditions.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident, where applicable. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, by a provision that most closely reflects its intended commercial purpose.
