Handling time

Delivery time
After your order leaves our warehouse, transit time depends on your delivery address, but you can typically expect your parcel to arrive within 2-4 business days of dispatch.
In total, from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your door, you should generally expect a combined handling and delivery window of around 3-6 business days.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United Kingdom
- Spain
If your delivery address falls outside these regions, this will be reflected at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size and the delivery option selected. The exact cost applicable to your order is calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout, before you confirm your payment, so you always know the total cost upfront.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the current status and location of your parcel as it makes its way to you.
Delays, loss or damage in transit
While we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time, issues can occasionally occur during transit. If any of the following happens, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve it:

- Your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe.
